Trochoidal slotting some P20 Mold steel, HRc 29. 0.462 deep and 0.787 wide slot across 0.709 wide bar. Using an Imco 5 flute endmill at 3600 RPM and 85 IPM. Radial step over .050 and all done on a light weight Fadal VMC15XT linear way machine.
I could bump up the step over or the speed if I wanted too. I love these end mills.
