Hey Guys,
First a short part of the mold being machined, then I’ll explain what I’m making, A Tool Jig for sharpening/grind your high speed tooling.

Then we jump right into pouring the castings along with pictures of the finished jig.

Still have to make some more.
The ones I make in this video are 1/4″ and 3/8″; but need to make 2 more for 5/16″ and 1/2″.
