HOW-TO bend flat stock into a perfect arc with a HOSSFELD™ 20B2 Flat-Face Radius Block. This vid shows how to mount the radius block, back block, and form die, and bend flat stock into an arc with an 8″ radius. With an 8″ radius, you would be able to bend a full 180º circle with a 16″ diameter. We have many sizes available. A 20B radius block has 2 sides for 2 different radii, so you can bend two sizes of circles with a single die.
