I needed a coat rack for my little forge / smithy. So I made one out of oak, 30x5mm flat bar and 10x10mm square bar. And it turned out pretty well I think.
Once again, my camera failed me when I put some lindseed oil on the wood…but any time of finish would do. I just sprayed some laquer on the steel parts to protect them from moisture and rust.
