Cutting 304 Stainless Steel at 12 SIMP

This Rugged Tooth Carbide Blades is one of our new carbide-tipped Band Saw Blades. These blades can saw tough materials that Bi-Metal blades cannot cut. Haltbar 1002 features teeth ground from high-quality, micro-grained carbide cylinders welded to a tough, ductile backing material. These carbide-tipped blades offer exceptional fatigue, shock and wear resistance when cutting difficult to machine steels, high-alloy metals, titanium, stainless steel, Inconel and more. The Haltbar 1002 is a versatile Carbide-Tipped Band Saw Blade that has a special tooth design with a triple-chip grind and positive rake angle for smooth, fine-finish cuts on wood, mold steel, carbon steel, tool steel, alloy steel, bearing steel, stainless steel, titanium alloys, nickel-based alloys, and aluminum and other nonferrous metals. The teeth are carbide tipped, which makes them harder and more wear resistant than bimetal or carbon steel. The blade has a steel backing for fatigue resistance. It can make cuts in solid shapes. The blade is available with a choice of variable pitch or constant pitch. The variable pitch has a variable tooth size and gullet depth to reduce noise levels and vibrations, and to remove chips efficiently. The constant pitch has uniform tooth spacing and gullet size for general-purpose cutting.
