- 2 x 22mm munsen rings.
- 1 x 608 bearing.
- 4 x M5 5mm acorn nuts.
- 2 x 18-20mm long threaded rod at M5 5mm thread size.
- 1 x 12mm wide 6mm depth Chicago screw.
- A tiny bit of silicone tubing 8mm OD 4mm ID.
Or 1 x 10mm wide Chicago screw 6mm depth and

For my version, i forgo the chicago screws and the custom brass button.
I have found 2 normal shirt buttons that can be press fitted in, so look
around at your local craft stores for some nice buttons.
