Faster follow-up shots with a Wolff 14# recoil spring and steel guide rod – installed on Glock 34
In this series I will be making upgrades to my Glock 34 for competition. I shoot this handgun in 3-gun and USPSA. Here I profile and add a reduced power recoil spring made by Wolff to my Glock 34, as well as a steel guide rod. These come as a kit or separate. The 14# recoil spring is 3 pounds less than the standard 17# Glock spring. This allows the slide to reset faster and the shooter to get back on target faster for accurate follow-up shots.
