HURCO VMX 42 HSi with 18000 rpm HSK Spindle running a 4-flute end mill with max. feedrate of 20.000 mm/min through heat treatable steel at TECHNISHOW 2014 at HAGRO booth with LMT-Tools. We used HYPERMAXX strategy of OPEN MIND. The HURCO WinMax control has ULTIMOTION with a 10.000 blocks LOOK AHEAD and a block processing speed of 0,4 milliseconds. Tool life was 19 pieces with one tool.
