Spherical roller bearings are used in place of traditional Gunmetal liner or fiber bush.
There is very low friction & Mill runs smoothly.
The power consumption is approximate 50% less, comparing to other traditional units.
Enhances the production as well as quality of the finished product.
In this plant, Old Plate, Miss rolls, round etc. are used as raw materials.
Finished Products are TMT Bars, Round, Square, Flat, Small Sections etc.
Three Plants of the same design are Running Successfully, Two in INDIA & one in SOUTH AFRICA.
