SMT SMD pick and place manual – My first project
Project Inox and aluminum, excellent accuracy, mechanism without gap, double suction pumps, a head suction pick place, one for stand alone use, manual and automatic individual control, the two suction pumps, suction cups, nozzles and can rotate 360 degrees.
2 Mega pixels real camera USB Andonstar, not interpolated, With 8 Leds Light adjustment, focus adjustment, distance setting, can rotate 360 degrees, camera zoom 500x and resolution HD of 1280×720 pixels.
Total size of the table: 600mm x 400mm
Size use work: 450mm x 320mm
Y axis height + 30mm with 60mm upgrade
Later use stepper motor Nema
Screws are all steel inox, steel shaft rectified SAE52100 H7 the shaft does not deflects, pillows blocks and supports of anodized aluminum, pillows blocks with internally bearing steel, reserved for future installation mechanism , Nema stepper motors, sensors and end of course infrared.
More accurately for SMD SMT rework, the feet are rubber and adjustable to table of alignment and switches to control pedals (suction pumps foot switch).
