Here’s a full set of iron bar training as part of my system of training.
Great for tendon and muscle strength, used by many a master of iron body training.
10 kg solid bar.
Lots of different simple strikes and some more complex movements to build tendon power.
I show the whole 16 mins because it is proof of the training and endurance. It shows that I do what I say and I’m not trying to deceive.
I am used to the bar but try it. Even a few minutes is hard… ( also I’m a lazy editor).
Yes it can seem sloppy at times, I am not posing or trying to look good, I am tired at times. Training is about being good, being bad, being fast, being slow..
This is the truth. It’s me.
So go and train and don’t care what others say,, get better every day….
Fall down and get back up…. Look bad, then one day, when it no longer matters,, look good.
