Forgia del Frignano has been working in the hot steel forging industry since 1971.
Production lines include mechanical presses and ring rolling machines: among forging parts (weighing from 2 to 100kg, with outer diameter up to 1000mm) there are gears, conical and cylindrical crowns, rings, flanges and other custom items. All products can be supplied both at raw forging stage and after heat treatment or machining.
Typical markets are commercial and industrial vehicles, agricultural machines, automotive, earth moving machines, oleodynamics.
Continuous improvement policy has implied a constant plants development: growing of industrial areas, new machines, automation. Efficiency parameters has improved, too: raw materials use, energy management, quality of forged parts.
Forgia del Frignano applies a strict quality system in compliance with UNI EN ISO 9001 standards. There is a real-time monitoring of the whole production cycle. The integrated 3d CAD/CAM system allows fast quotations along with the maximum efficiency in moulds and tools design. A environmental policy is applied, too.
