3 rubber molds need to be tig welded asap. End pieces have been drilled and chamfered for penetration but holes were supposed to be drilled after welding and there is old weld metal still on the pieces. Oops. Stuff happens …and now there is no more material and its Sunday afternoon and the company wants them in the morning to make rubber parts.
