Super Missile Weld is a filler material that is like and used by a lot of fabricators and welders. One of the things people like about it is how the final weld turns out. You generally get nice looking beads with this filler.
What a lot of welders and fabricators don’t know, is that “Super Missile Weld” is actually just a fancy name for 312 Stainless Steel. So, when you weld with Stainless Steel, you also need to remember about purging the backside of your weld if it is a critical part. If it is a static part, where 100% strength is not needed, you will likely be okay.
So lets test it out and see what kind of results we can get.
