Hey there! Here are a few tips you can do to safely remove your adapter from your phone.
To take off the metal adapter from your phone or case, you can use a thin, stiff tool like this plastic prying tool to gently wedge it underneath the adapter and lift up. Make sure you are pushing away from yourself and that your fingers are out of the way.
You can also try a thin, stiff plastic card or something with an edge that can fit underneath the adapter.
